DAYTONA BEACH, FLA. (June 24, 2026) 鈥� 蜜桃影像 is freezing tuition and associated fees for the 2026-27 academic year, continuing its commitment to keeping higher education affordable and accessible for students throughout Volusia and Flagler counties.

The DSC District Board of Trustees approved the tuition freeze Tuesday during its regular monthly meeting. This marks the 16th consecutive year with no increase in tuition or associated fee rates.

It is one of the most meaningful ways we can support our students, their families and the communities we serve.鈥�

The tuition freeze applies to all 蜜桃影像 bachelor鈥檚 degree, associate degree, career and technical certificate programs, as well as adult education. In 2015, Daytona State was the only state college in Florida to lower tuition, reducing rates by 2%.

蜜桃影像鈥檚 tuition remains well below the national average, and the U.S. Department of Education has ranked DSC among the most affordable public four-year institutions in the country. A Florida resident can expect to pay approximately half the cost for an associate or bachelor鈥檚 degree at DSC compared to the cost at a Florida public university.

Offering more than 100 certificates, associate and bachelor鈥檚 degree programs, Daytona State College is the leader in education and workforce training needs of Volusia and Flagler counties and beyond. The College enrolls approximately 23,000 students a year at its seven campuses, with graduates serving in critical fields including healthcare, emergency services and public safety, aeronautics, business, education, hospitality, engineering, project management, accounting, computer science, digital media and more. The U.S. Department of Education鈥檚 College Affordability and Transparency Center ranks DSC among the top 50 most affordable public four-year institutions in the country, with less than half the tuition of the national average. And U.S. News & World Report has ranked DSC among its Top Online Bachelor's Programs for Veterans multiple times.
